As a blueberry farmer, a dietitian, and a fan of cooking from scratch, Kathy Cooley, is excited to host a lively discussion of how to make the best blueberry pie. Kathy and her husband, Ted, own Alpine Berry Farm in Batesville, a u-pick blueberry farm featuring naturally raised blueberries.
Kathy has been selling blueberries for over 30 years and has had a chance to talk to lots of her customers about their tricks and tips for making excellent blueberry pies.
Please join us and bring your favorite crust and / or blueberry pie recipe. You will go home with Kathy’s favorite recipes and get to sample some delicious blueberry pie.
