Claims Processor – Temporary position
Pursuant to Company policy, all employees are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to access GA facilities. Currently, most of our interviews will occur over video. This temporary role provides administrative support for the the payment of insurance death claims. You will be part of the Enterprise Claims Services team, responsible for handling escalated customer requests with limited phone interaction.
Understands annuity and life insurance products, procedures, and system capabilities
Pay claims according to business and compliance rules
Investigates client escalations utilizing system and contract provisions to provide resolution within established administrative and compliance guidelines.
Complete monthly quality review and reporting
Facilitate resolution of pending claims in a timely manner
Assume shared responsibility for all team goals, processes, and initiatives
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service. Prior experience in death claims, general rules and regulations preferred.
Ability to adapt and learn processes in an ever-changing environment

Strong PC and Software skills, especially Microsoft Office products
