Position Title: Evening Supervisor – Circulation, Part-time

Supervisor: Library Director
To create a warm, friendly and inviting environment for all that enter the library. Anticipate patrons’ needs and assist them with their circulation and reference questions.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist patrons with technology and reference questions
- Assists with training of Pages
- Supervises Pages and assists them with tasks
- Scheduling Pages
- Conduct monthly Page meetings
- Overseeing the opening/closing of the library
- Attends pertinent meetings and training workshops
- General circulation desk duties as needed
- Works evening and weekend hours as scheduled
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- Customer service and technology experience is required
