Batesville Tool & Die is a global supplier of precision metal stamping components for the automotive, appliance, and other industries they have been a supplier for more than 30 years. Batesville Tool & Die has facilities in Batesville, Indiana and Queretaro, Mexico.

We are looking for individuals to join the team as Machine Operators at Batesville Tool & Die in Batesville, IN.

Starting pay is $12.25/hr for 1st shift!

Starting pay is $12.75/hr for 2nd & 3rd!


1st shift is 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd shift is 2:20pm-10:20pm
3rd shift 10:10pm-6:10am

Physical Demands of Machine Operator:

Required to frequently push/pull wrenches and pry bars.
Occasionally be required to work in pit under presses or underground scrap conveyors.
Required to frequently lift up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to fingers, handle or touch and run work center while focused on required task.
Frequently required to walk, sit, reach above shoulders, and talk and/or hear.
Occasionally required to reach above shoulders, stoop, kneel, crouch , or crawl.
Qualifications of Machine Operator:

No experience required, entry level position
Applicant may be subject to a drug screen
Applicant may be subject to a background check*
Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report*
