Backstage Pass: Special Effects Makeup Camp

Kids Discovery Factory and the Batesville Area Arts council are partnering to create a series of classes and mini camps that introduce children ages 5-14 to the science, technology, art, engineering, and math that goes into a theater production. These classes will connect children with local experts. Children will collaborate, create, and have the opportunity to share their new skills with the community. Children will get a literal backstage look into what makes the theater so magical, learn new skills, and gain an appreciation for the unsung heroes of the theater! Our first offering is our Special Effects Makeup Class.
