Because of Thanksgiving, Thank You Thursday is coming to you on a Wednesday! 🦃

This week, we sat down with Carolyn Dieckmann, lead volunteer and curator at the Batesville Historical Center, to spotlight the incredible work being done to preserve and celebrate our community’s rich history.

The Historical Center is currently hosting its 6th Annual “All Aboard!” Model Train Exhibit, running now through January 3 🚂
This year’s exhibit features 26 trains, 16 scratch-built displays, and covers an impressive 3,000 square feet — making it a must-see holiday experience for all ages.

We also want to give a huge thank you to Carolyn and the entire team of dedicated volunteers who spend countless hours creating these exhibits and sharing them with the public. Their passion and commitment help keep Batesville’s history alive for generations to come.
