The Batesville Area Arts Council is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Auction Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of our annual auction event.

This contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing timelines, coordinating vendors and volunteers, and ensuring every detail comes together for a successful fundraising experience. Working closely with our staff, board, sponsors, and community partners, the Auction Coordinator will oversee logistics, catering, entertainment, silent and live auction item procurement, and event-day operations from start to finish.

Event Date: Friday, February 5, 2027 at Romweber Party Place
Contract Term: 4–6 months
Compensation: $2,500 + up to $500 performance bonus
