Special Guest Speaker – Lisa Deck, Education and Workforce Program Manager of Purdue University IN-MaC.

As organizations work to meet the workforce demands, one of the most pivotal challenges will be to understand and accommodate workers.  The biggest organizational culture shift will not be who does the work.  The real change will be how they work.
