We accept all forms of insurance (private, Medicaid, Medicare) and there is no cost for those without insurance, with the exception of the Shingles vaccine.
We will be offering first and second doses of the Covid-19 vaccine and the flu vaccine.
Please note that The Indiana Immunization Coalition will vaccinate with all ACIP recommended vaccines unless we are contacted for specific vaccine refusal 48 hours prior to the clinic via email to clinic@vaccinateindiana.org or phone 317-628-7116.
