Marc Chagall art class – ages 9-13

Students will be developing complex understandings of human faces and how Chagall used them to combine reality and fantasy. Each student will discuss the basics of eye / nose / mouth creation as well as proper facial proportions. We will also be building compositions that explore complimentary colors and how Chagall developed imagery that emphasized such things.
