National Senior Health & Fitness Day (week) at the Southeastern Indiana YMCA. The Y will celebrate seniors the entire week of May 23-27. The Y will be FREE to all ages 62 and older in the community! Take time to explore the many senior adult-friendly physical activity options and to understand the importance of exercise and nutrition for ongoing health and illness-prevention. This includes Group Ex classes on land or in the water, plus Euchre and Bridge. Get FREE blood pressure, pulse and balance tests the week of May 23 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8-9 am in the Wellness office, and more.
