This is just one of the many space facts you will learn as you gaze under the stars in this portable planetarium presented by the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery. Each program will take a look at current constellations in the night sky, the rotation of Earth, why stars appear to move, how stars are used for navigation purposes and offer a quick tour of our solar system. Escape reality by taking a quick trip to space and see if can catch a glimpse of a shooting star! All Ages Welcome with a Content Focus on 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade
