van Gogh inspired art class

Students will explore the ins and outs of Vincent van Gogh’s landscapes and technique. We will talk about his desire to stay positive during times that were quite difficult and overcoming issues with painting in nature. Students will create a mixed media piece focused around Starry Night and Van Gogh’s technical sense of mark-making. Class taught by Mr. Matthew Gadberry. Ages 5-8. $25 per student.
