The Coalition for a Drug Free Batesville is seeking a Coalition Coordinator. Ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding and practical knowledge of addictions and problems associated with substance abuse; knowledgeable in the evidence-based planning process, strategic planning, community organizing and coalition building; establish working relationships with citizen and civic groups and how they function in relation to the Coalition. Knowledge in methods of board and committee development; Ability to research and write for available grants.
Qualified candidates must possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution of higher education; credentialed as a Certified Prevention Professional or willing to take the necessary steps to achieve this credential; effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
