A Summer of STREAM 2023 Camp Description: Did you know that construction is at the root of most things, such as the house you live in, the pool you swim in, the movie theatre you go to, and much more? If you share a passion for engineering and enjoy working with your hands, this camp is for you! Join us in exploring career opportunities related to being a Builder, Electrician, and Heavy Equipment Operator! In this camp, you will learn how to read a blueprint in order to build a birdhouse, understand the importance of inspecting and safely assembling wires in a building, and operate an excavator. The road to success is always under construction, but if you can dream it and believe it, you can build it.
Ages: Entering Grades 6th, 7th, and 8th
Maximum Capacity: 30 students
