Nourishing Connections: Food Safety Laws Info Session

The Nourishing Connections grant is intended to assist aspiring food entrepreneurs in developing, producing, and marketing a value-added product (salsa, crackers, etc.) made with one or more locally-grown ingredients. Multiple educational sessions will be held– the November 2nd session will include group brainstorming of food product ideas as well as a guest speaker: Amanda Deering, food safety laws/regulations expert from Purdue University. Amanda will share information and answer participant questions. This event is free and open to all!
